Paramedic, State Fire Service officer and GOPR mountain rescuer. He combines experience in emergency medical teams with firefighting and search and rescue operations in Poland and abroad.

He works in medical and specialist rescue, with particular emphasis on cooperation between teams with different competencies. He brings his operational experience to instruction and the coordination of medical training.

At iRES, he develops medical rescue training and its connections with other specialisms. His teaching links casualty care with the conditions, constraints and tasks encountered during rescue operations.

Retired senior officer of Poland’s State Fire Service, holding the rank of starszy brygadier. During 29 years of service, including 22 years as a lecturer and instructor at the State Fire Service School of Aspirants in Kraków, he combined rescue operations with personnel training. He served as national rope-rescue coordinator for Poland’s National Firefighting and Rescue System (KSRG).

A senior KSRG rope-rescue instructor, caving instructor with the Polish Mountaineering Association and expert in the Union Civil Protection Mechanism. He was a long-serving member of State Fire Service search and rescue teams and HUSAR Poland, participating in international rescue operations and coordination missions.

Since 2012, he has delivered training, workshops and exercises in Europe, Africa and Asia. His instruction draws on specialist rescue, international cooperation and crisis management.

A State Fire Service officer and member of a specialist search and rescue team. He takes part in domestic operations and international deployments with HUSAR Poland. His experience includes technical and rope rescue, wide-area incidents and incident command.

His professional work focuses on cooperation between specialists, services and organisations. He analyses rescue procedures and equipment in terms of practical application and opportunities to use new methods and technologies.

In training, he translates operational experience into preparation for demanding tasks and decisions. He pays particular attention to operational organisation, team readiness and understanding the role of each specialist.

A fire safety engineer, court expert in firefighting and fire protection, and expert in the Union Civil Protection Mechanism. He has over 20 years of operational and command-staff experience in the State Fire Service, including command of a specialist search and rescue team.

He participated in rescue operations in Nepal and the classification of USAR Poland. He is an INSARAG classifier, UAS pilot and instructor, specialising in thermal imaging, photogrammetry, 3D scanning and geographic information systems.

His training combines command and operational experience with new technologies. He focuses on data acquisition and analysis, risk assessment and decision support during rescue operations.

A retired State Fire Service senior officer holding the rank of starszy brygadier, with a master’s degree in fire engineering, and a paramedic. His command roles ranged from crew leader to municipal fire chief. He is a compartment-firefighting instructor and co-author of CNBOP-PIB guidelines on staircase smoke clearance.

He commanded the Silesian High Capacity Pumping Module and served in command-staff roles. As an expert in the Union Civil Protection Mechanism and a certifier of European civil protection modules, he contributed to team preparation and international assistance coordination, including for Türkiye and Ukraine.

He uses real incident analysis, simulations and decision-making exercises in his teaching. His focus is practical decision-making, team cooperation and information flow.
