1 Website operator

This policy applies to the Polish and English versions of the website. The Privacy Policy also explains how personal data are processed.

2 Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your device. The website may also use sessionStorage, which retains information for the browser tab’s session.

Storing or accessing information on a device is governed by Article 399 of Poland’s Electronic Communications Law. Technologies that are not necessary to transmit a communication or deliver a service requested by the user require prior consent. The GDPR also applies where personal data are processed.

3 Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies may support the website’s operation and security and remember your privacy choice. We do not use this category for advertising or visitor behaviour analytics.

WordPress administration login and access use separate session and authentication mechanisms. These concern people using the administration panel; browsing the training catalogue does not require an account.

Not every website safeguard stores information on your device. The form’s submission-attempt counter operates on the server and is not a browser cookie.

4 Preferences and animation

An optional feature remembers that the iRES animation has played, so it is not repeated on later visits within the same browser-tab session.

• Entry name: ires-motion-art-v5.
• Technology: sessionStorage, not a cookie.
• Purpose: remembering that the animation has played.
• Contents: a playback marker, without your name, email address or form message.
• Duration: the browser-tab session, until the browser or user removes the session data. Restoring a session may also restore its data.
• Condition for storing and reading this preference: consent to the preferences category.

The website continues to work without consent. The animation may play again when you return. If your device indicates a preference for reduced motion, the website uses the animation’s static final state.

The Polish or English version is selected through the page address and language switch. Switching language does not require consent to optional technologies.

5 Consent and changing your choice

The cookie settings allow you to accept optional technologies, reject them or select the available categories. Refusal does not block access to the training catalogue or contact form. Scrolling or continuing to browse does not constitute consent.

You can change your choice through the “Privacy settings” button, labelled “Ustawienia prywatności” in Polish. Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it. After consent is withdrawn, the website stops using the optional animation preference and removes its sessionStorage entry. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent.

The consent mechanism remembers your choice so that it can respect it without asking again on each page. Information about storage and retention periods is provided in this policy. Complianz, the consent management mechanism used on this website, uses cookies prefixed cmplz_ to remember category choices, policy version, consent type and banner status. Their configured lifetime is 365 days; browser restrictions or deletion of website data may shorten it, and saving a choice may renew it. These cookies implement privacy choices and do not measure visits.

6 Google Analytics 4

After consent to statistics, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It helps us understand visits, traffic sources and use of our training offer in both languages. Measurement covers page views, scrolls, outbound clicks and file downloads. It is not used to read contact-form message contents. The Privacy Policy explains measurement data, recipients and transfers outside the EEA.

• _ga: a cookie that distinguishes visitors using an identifier; Google’s default lifetime is 2 years.
• _ga_F4KSL582D8: a cookie associated with the Analytics stream that maintains session state; Google’s default lifetime is 2 years.

These cookie lifetimes are Google’s defaults. Actual lifetimes depend on measurement settings, cookie renewal and browser restrictions, and may be shorter. Expiry may be renewed on subsequent visits covered by consent. Deleting website data in your browser removes the cookies stored there.

In Google Analytics 4, event data retention is set to 2 months and user data retention to 14 months. Resetting user data retention on new activity is enabled, so subsequent visits may extend that period. These settings do not limit the availability of most standard reports based on aggregate data. They are separate from browser cookie lifetimes.

Before consent and following refusal, the Analytics script remains blocked. You can withdraw statistics consent through the website’s privacy settings. This stops further measurement; it does not erase all data previously stored by the provider. The Privacy Policy explains how to exercise your rights.

We do not use advertising pixels or newsletter technologies. Before introducing new purposes requiring consent, we will update the information and obtain the appropriate consent.

7 Browser settings

You can also delete or block cookies and other website data in your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may limit some functions. Deleting your stored privacy choice may cause the consent question to appear again.

Browser settings apply to the particular browser and device. A choice changed in one browser should not be assumed to change automatically on all your devices.

8 Policy changes

We update this policy when technologies, purposes, providers or legal requirements change. Each version is dated. If new purposes requiring consent are introduced, we will ask for the appropriate choice before activating those features.
