  • Equipment selection, preparation and maintenance.

  • Belaying, personal protection and rope protection.

  • Basic rescue and evacuation techniques.

Participants practise equipment preparation and rope-system use, with an emphasis on responsibility for equipment condition and the safety of rescuers and casualties.

Settings and connections

Client-site delivery is possible subject to agreement on the facility and stations. The workshops provide a foundation for evacuation from trees, structures and chairlifts.
