Practical development of casualty assessment, prioritisation, decision-making and teamwork for qualified advanced first aid providers.
Training enquiriesKPP+ develops the skills of rescuers who already hold advanced first aid qualifications. It focuses on applying existing knowledge in complex situations. It does not replace a Polish KPP qualification course or recertification examination and does not confer additional professional authorisations.

- Casualty assessment and hazard identification.
- Setting priorities and planning subsequent actions.
- Decision-making with limited information and a changing situation.
- Effective use of available equipment.
- Task allocation, communication and team leadership.
- Casualty reassessment and recognising deterioration.
- Preparation for evacuation and handover.
- Reviewing the effectiveness of the response.
Who we train
Qualified advanced first aid providers using their skills in rescue operations, standby duties, exercises or safety teams. Training can reflect participants’ experience, their unit’s role and equipment.
How we train
Scenario-based training, problem-solving and debriefing. Short introductions consolidate key topics. Exercises become progressively more complex and require teamwork, task allocation and decision-making.
Settings and connections
Scenarios can reflect participants’ real operating environment, available equipment and typical tasks. The module can prepare participants for specialist medical training or be combined with exercises in other rescue disciplines.
Complementary skills
Life-threatening Bleeding Control
Practical training in recognising life-threatening bleeding and selecting and applying appropriate control techniques. Content is adapted to participants’ existing skills and qualifications.
Trauma BASIC
A practical module covering XABCDE assessment, recognition of threats to life, initial trauma care and preparation for evacuation and transport.
