This course is for paramedics who have technical rescue training and work within a specialist team. It starts with situations where patient access, working position and available equipment limit how medical needs can be met.
You practise clinical assessment in those conditions, selecting essential equipment and setting priorities before and during evacuation. You connect the medical plan with the sequence of technical actions and turn the patient's needs into clear agreements with the team.
Working in this dual role defines the module. Scope and duration are adapted to the participants' specialism and the exercise configuration. The required technical preparation remains an entry condition; this medical module does not replace it.
